The Gundam best equiped for aerial battle and mobility, as well as the only one able to shift from mobile suit to shuttle mode. Kyrios is something of a friend to Allelujah. He is known to say such lines as “That’s my Kyrios,” after completing a mission successfully, placing a certain amount of trust in the Gundam.
With the exception of Setsuna, each Meister is first seen inside his Gundam. When we first see Allelujah, he says “This is it, Hallelujah. What you’ve been waiting for.” Though I’m sure most people thought he was saying “Allelujah,” and talking to himself. But with later episodes revealing Allelujah’s second personality, upon rewatch (for those with less perfect memory) it would be apparent he was talking to Hallelujah. Then then says, “I’m a little sad though.” It takes more episodes to really understand what Allelujah meant.
I believe he was telling himself, and Hallelujah, that the moment had come, the moment when Hallelujah would get to see action, and possibly kill. He mentions his sadness because his peaceful nature was against it, and fulfilling a mission would certainly move him farther and farther from being non-violent.
Continuing with this, on their second mission, in episode 2, as Allelujah drops armorments on a base will battleships and equipments, he voices the human cost of what they are doing. The first time he takes lives, and becomes a murderer.
Being a former test subject of the HRL’s experiments, Allelujah gets interference from Soma Peries’s brain waves. He is only able to escape the pain when Aeolia Schenberg grants the Meisters the Trans-Am system, which safely blocked the brain waves and allowed Allelujah for the first time to battle Soma Peries as an equal.
