Reason
For the tribute
When I watched Gundam 00, I immediately fell in love with Allelujah. From his gentle nature, to his tormented dark side, I couldn’t help but become attached to him. And since I bought Haptism.org with the full intention of making a shrine for him, that was all there was to it.
As Allelujah (and his alter ego Hallelujah) is one of my ultimate favorite characters of all time, I hope this site is decent enough to show some of that.
Why name this Dissonance, you might ask? That’s because dissonance is one of my favorite terms learned after taking Film Music. It means a lack of traditional harmony, and usually has clashing chords played together. I thought this described Allelujah’s unstableness with regards to Hallelujah rather well.

The theme of this layout was fire, chosen for the layout marathon at Amassment. I picked fire mainly because the Chinese element was suppose to represent dynamism, strength, persistence, and restlessness. And the fire element is said to provide enthusiasm and creativity, but too much of it can bring out aggression, impatience and impulsive behaviors. I guess I thought this fit Allelujah and Hallelujah rather well. I can just imagine Hallelujah popping out when there’s too much fire.
This layout was made in Photoshop CS2 using a fanart of Allelujah in Season Two drawn by me. I usually don’t like to use my own stupid art, but Sunrise needs to give Allelujah more pretty scans. Everything was coded in Valid XHTML with my favorite html editor, CuteHTML LE. Content generation and editing powered by Word Press.
